Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. Claiming the sign, opening your shop, and listing are all free — no upfront or monthly fees. When secure in-app payments launch, we'll take a small commission only when an item actually sells.
When does the sign arrive?
We print and ship in batches. As soon as yours is on its way, we'll email you — you don't need to do anything but set up your shop in the meantime.
Is my address safe?
Your address is used only to print your sign and is never shown publicly. Your shop displays your neighbourhood, never your street.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. Claim a sign, open your shop, and list whenever you like — there's no obligation and no minimum.
How do I get paid?
A buyer reserves the item and books a pickup with you through Nice.to; for now you settle in person at the handoff. Paying through Nice.to, with funds held until pickup, is coming soon.
What if I'm not in Mississauga?
We're launching in Mississauga as our first neighbourhood pilot, so we're prioritizing dense blocks there. Request a sign anyway — we'll let you know as we expand to the rest of the GTA.
